Refund Policy

If you’re looking to return your Auspec order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer an extended return policy within 45 days of delivery. You can return your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method (providing the system is returned in the condition it arrived).

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must have all the same components, peripherals, cables and be returned in original product packaging as when the product arrived. If any of the above are missing, Auspec reserve the right to reject this refund.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • Auspec reserve the right to reject returns on any 'Custom Systems'* wherein the sysem is deemed not to be a 'standard system'*.
  • 'Custom Systems' hold a £50 flat cancellation fee once the system build has commenced (usually within 24 hours).

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Email customer@auspec.co.uk to request which products you would like to return alongside your order ID.
  2. We will then arrange for collection on your behalf (please note the collection fee will be deducted from your refund).
  3. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

Additional Information:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of your system being returned and system check completed.
  • Any shipping fees will be deducted from the final refund amount.
